I'm sure we've all wished upon a Star as children or even later in life.

Wishing on Stars is something like wishing

as you blow out the Birthday candles...

But we get Birthday candles only once a year!

We can look up to the stars almost every night (weather permitting)

We all need some wishes and dreams
to come true ...

Do you have 2, 3 or more wish lists?

There's the if I win the lottery big one list

The when I get a good job, or finally retirement

Have my dream home or car

Get married

Pay the bills off

and on ...

Dreams like wish lists are wonderful for taking us through life's different adventures.

How many Hundreds of to do lists have you had?

This song encourages us to be present and connect to the people, places and life around us.  

Time goes by so fast - we have to find ways to slow down, enjoy and notice more of the moments in our life.

I'm also wondering it you've noticed this - that more and more we use the BUSY word. It's often the first word that comes out when you ask someone how they are.

It has kind of become our excuse for many things.

I hope our new lists this year will include family moments, real relaxation, staying in touch with friends, sleeping in, taking the dog for an extra walk, sitting in the garden, going for a drive, going to a parade and there's so many other things.

Let yourself breathe and get in touch with celebrating your life and the many gifts we all can receive but may not take time to notice.

This is my new mantra ...

Start Living

Before it's over - take some time this summer to see what you're needing.

Don't wait for that rainy day -
plan what to do for that rainy day,
plan for that sunny day,
plan for those nights to stay up late and watch the stars,
and plan for some time to be with just YOU.
