The seasons have changed and 

Spring has now arrived!  

It's time to get out by yourself or invite a Friend,

to

hear the birds singing,

see the new blossoms emerge,

feel the sun and the warmer breeze,

and maybe 

it is time to renew your wellness practice.


So how about just going for a short walk, a Walking Meditation, 
to Breathe and Enjoy what you see.
