We can always find a couple of minutes to focus on a few breaths.  Here are a some places to try this out.

Bathroom time is great.

Before going to sleep or upon waking.

A stop in traffic.

On hold on the phone.

Slow computer.

TV Commercial.

Waiting for the drive through goodies.

and of course you will have others that are part of your day.



Change your day and your life.

Simple little exchanges can grow into making a huge difference.
