The lymphatic system in our body helps us to rid ourselves of toxins and other waste materials through vessels that are connected to hundreds of lymph nodes. Our tonsils, spleen and thymus gland are also lymphatic tissues.

The system doesn't have a pump for circulation so it requires us to Breathe and Move our muscles. Yoga really helps and legs up the wall a favorite pose of mine lets you relax while gravity is reversed to move the fluid from the lower limbs.
