 I hope you're in a place where you can go out and enjoy the breathtaking beauty and magic of Nature today or sometime soon.

 Spring is a wonderful time of year for a Walking  Meditation.

 Explore all your 5 senses - See, Hear, Smell, Touch and check if there's something to Taste. Maybe something in the garden (we have some tender chives and parsley growing). 

 There is information now about a 6th sense that talks about extrasensory perception, feelings, common sense, emotions and imagination.

I think a Spring walk would be the perfect time of year to tune into all of these.

Celebrate the GIFTS of Spring!
