For the past 6 six years I've been part of a Wellness Circle with a couple other ladies.

We meet every second Wednesday evening for a cup of tea and listening to readings, music and meditations.

We may do some chakra or other healing, pick a few angel cards and we always end with a One Rose Wellness message.

It's very casual which is nice as some times life gets in the way.

It's a  few hours away from everything else to just breathe, be comfortable and  relax.
