We think about Relaxation as not doing anything but this can be one of the hardest things to do.

For many of us, slowing down, trying to quiet the thoughts in our mind and relaxing the body to release tension and stress can be difficult.  

With practice it gets easier and the body responds faster knowing the many benefits to come.  

I hope you'll rest awhile with the few words following this picture and let any discomforts release as you become more comfortable.

Let your body find a place of stillness ...
As your mind quiets let your whole body access your inner self and
journey to a place that is still ... 
a place that is silent ... 
a place without thoughts ... 
journey to a place where you can listen to your heart...
