  1. Wellness & Self Care have many parts. There's even those emergency self care moments like a cup or tea coffee or, a call to Mom, hugging your pet, a walk, a favorite joke, sleeping in or whatever it is for You. We all need a few for different times to help us change coarse and let go of stress or steam as my Mom used to say. What are some of yours.
