Imagine slowly walking down this path for a peaceful Heart Meditation.
A lullaby for your Soul ...

Allow your next few breaths to be soft yet full ...

Bring into focus now the heart shaped leaves along the path ... let them calm and soothe your body and mind.

Begin to walk down the path and as you come to a heart, take a moment to go inside and connect to your own strength, compassion, and courage.

Notice how each one of your breaths feels welcoming, nourishing, and refreshing ...

The curved path reminds you to embrace the flow of life that is always changing ...

The color green is for your Heart Chakra that loves,
forgives, opens, heals, and accepts.

You may want to sit for awhile and simply breathe in and breathe out for a  few minutes.

It's OK to linger here and rest a little longer.
