We experience many emotions in our lives. 

Fear and Love are great teachers; ones that are felt, thought, taught to us, seen, experienced and acted upon. Fear and Love both teach us about life, loss, connection to others and ourselves. They teach us about courage to try, give, grow, and experience.  They teach us about showing up even when we don't want to, forgiving, learning new things, change, compassion and starting over.

Fear and Love are opportunities for .......... you get to finish this one!
