These are two of the questions you're asked in the relaxation titled  Peace in Simply, One Breath At a Time. 

After you get yourself settled and relaxed you're asked a few questions where the answers come from within and are only for you to hear.

The questions are simple yet sometimes we forget to ask ourselves the simple questions.

As you return your focus to your breath and let other thoughts fade away, you begin to feel your body softening and letting go of stresses, worries, emotions.

A later section says "Notice that you have been patient ... you are now slowly coming to a place where you can breathe freely ... open the gate and walk through, get a glimpse of what is possible ..."



Perhaps what is possible can be found in these gifts!
