It's been awhile since I made up a Combo.

This time instead of making them all similar I decided to be Wild and make them different.

Maybe it was the title, Do You Enjoy doing Nothing that got the attention but I'm sure the relaxing thoughts and feelings softened many hearts. 

The busy Holiday season is here so make sure you take the time you need to breathe, relax and unwind.  Take Care of YOU.

I wrote a couple of Meditations in Moving Forward from the Heart inspired by the 5 principles of Reiki.

These shown in the photo are from the Meditation titled, Today.

They can be for a moment of pause, a daily affirmation or just a reminder to be aware of our thoughts, emotions and how they affect not only our actions & health but also our interactions with others.

The Reiki energy (Ki) also known as universal life force is wonderful to reduce Stress, promote Healing and deep Relaxation.

I didn't really know anything about Reiki when the Universe told me to learn it. 

The Universe told
me to learn it.

This was the second time I had to learn something I didn't know about but sometimes I guess we're just suppose to listen to good advice.

Anyone can learn to do this practice so if you're wanting more ways to help yourself and others reduce stress and relax check it out.

Lots of info on techniques, benefits etc on Google.

Perhaps, it could be your winter self care project.

It's OK, just Relax & take in a big inhale and let it escape out your mouth with a long ...Ha...

Need another one?

Did you Feel a bit of tension releasing?

Do you need a bit more patience today?

A few simple changes in our thoughts is all that is needed.

Slowly shift your attention to yourself and begin to feel acceptance for who you are as you are.

Say the word,  acceptance ...

Breathe in and know you are breathing in ... 
Breathe out and know you are breathing out ...

Take in another big inhale and let it escape again out your mouth with another  long  Ha...

Now think about connecting to yourself with feelings of calmness, strength and confidence for a few moments ... relax breathe and soften ...

Slowly settle back into your unique gentle way of breathing.

In celebrating and sharing our life we need to experience Gratitude. 


Gratitude is all encompassing for who we are and all the gifts we have, are given and share.

Spend a few minutes to reflect on a couple of things you're grateful for today ...

As you breathe and relax even more, begin to let acceptance, connection and gratitude make space to bring in Patience.

Invite your whole self  to feel more comfortable, and whisper the message below to yourself a couple of times.

Because you can,
be patient with yourself,
give yourself a chance to rest ...

Relax  &  Breathe 


Let Patience now invite you to relax a bit more and provide a soft place to rest for a few more minutes.
